About

med-larry-strattonWhy did I get into law? To help clients, both young and the young at heart, to survive in a complex legal world. I have drafted hundreds, if not thousands of contracts in my 30+ year legal career. I specialize in preparing estate plans, trusts, wills, and providing guidance in estate and trust matters.

I have also handled many, many appeals (please feel free to see the page marked “Appellate Cases” on this website).

I am a 2015 Committee Member for the Financial Planning Association, San Gabriel Valley Chapter. Also, I graduated from Whittier School of Law in 1984 (yes, that’s right, 1984), and was sworn as a member of the California Bar that same year. I am admitted in the United States Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and all United States District Courts in California. I am also admitted to practice in United States Tax Court.

Also, I very irregularly publish an old-school “newsletter,” which I would be happy to send to you either by e-mail, or snail-mail. Feel free to drop me an e-mail, and I will be more than happy to place you on my distribution list.
