Michael Jackson's (Purported) Will
TMZ.com has posted what purports to be a copy of Michael Jackson's 2002 will. This illustrates the need to keep your will current. It also raises other questions: Do we know that this is his current will? It also appears that he had a trust, given the content of the Will. Was this current?
Britney's Dad Continues as Conservator...and Posts a $1.5 Million Bond

Britney Spear's father, Jamie, has now
posted a $1.5 million bond in support of his
status as the conservator of her estate.
This posting protects Britney's guardianship
estate from being wasted by her father.
I realize that my postings are a little heavy on the celebrity
today. Perhaps in a few days the furor will be over, and the
estates of "real people" will be the focus...
